As a trusted real estate professional, Andy Stone has an in-depth understanding of the Real Estate market. After graduating from Ball State he started a career in publishing, but soon realized his passion for more social interaction. He developed sales experience at Tom Wood and was introduced to a REALTOR®. He has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Andy has accumulated over 15 million in sales and he has a thorough knowledge of what it takes to get to the closing table...with a smile on his face the whole way. He most recently was Account Executive for First American Title and was elected on to the MIBOR REALTOR® Association Board of Directors to a 3 year term to represent Affiliate Members. He was Marketing Director for Security Home Inspections and was awarded the MIBOR Affiliate of the Year 2014. He has participated and served on various MIBOR committees and chaired both the Northside and Greater Downtown Division’s. He has also served on the REALTOR® Foundation Board of Directors and was President of the Foundation in 2018. Andy’s volunteerism expanded as President of Brendonwood Common HOA 2017-2019 and lead an active role in organizing the Brendonwood Historical District Foundation during those years.

But, Andy has not always been in the real estate industry. He first started his career as a Production Supervisor and then Manufacturing Coordinator at Pearson North America in 1996. In 1998 he found himself as a project manager at MacAllister Publishing Services where he managed publishing projects for large and small publishing companies, as well as managed art, editing, layout, proofreading, and indexing of all book projects.
Then came his career change into sales. He began his sales experience in 2004 as a Sales Representative for Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo at Tom Wood Automotive. This eventually led him to begin his real estate career as a REALTOR® at F.C. Tucker Company in 2007. Eventually moving to Morris Group Realty as a REALTOR® in 2007. Moving forward, in 2013, he began marketing Security Home Inspections services to REALTORS® and the general public as the Public Relations and Marketing Director at Security Home Inspection. Last, in 2016, he was an Account Executive at First American Title.
This leads us to where he is at today as the Managing Broker of A & B Homes helping clients find the perfect property or home and as the General Manager/Owner of A & B Farmhouse!
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Brandon graduated from Ivy Tech Community college with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Radiologic Technology/Science and became an experienced healthcare executive having 13 years experience in Radiologic Executive Management. In this role he executed strategic planning, operations management, process redesign, change management, and lean methodologies. Alongside all of that he has performed various functions and roles in the areas of general, catheterization, surgical and interventional radiology. And, demonstrating ability in providing quality patient care whether in direct contact with patients or providing assistance to physicians and other medical staff. He has also had extensive diagnostic imaging experience in clinical and operational performance with a focus on patient, client, and staff satisfaction, and demonstrated high financial aptitude to maximize revenue and control operational cost as an experienced diagnostic imaging marketing and sales professional with the ability to deliver results across multiple modalities and clinical settings.
